Woman in vegetative state after being tased by Florida High Patrol Trooper.

Danielle Maudsley a 19 year old Florida woman attempted to escape custody from a Florida Highway Patrol Substation on September 19, 2011. Danielle fell and hit her head on concrete after being tased by Trooper Daniel Cole. Danielle remains in a vegetative state. Trooper Daniel Cole was cleared of any wrong doing.
