School Resource Officer Donnie Riggins aka Dr. Harry Beaver, dressed up as a Gynecologist for Halloween 2011 with the name "Dr. Harry Beaver" on his lab coat. This is his school address to Lake Brantley students incorporating an apparently hypothetical situation with Ms Cahill involving alcohol. Ms. Jacqueline Cahill is a English teacher at Lake Brantley. Donnie Riggins no longer serves his community as a school resource officer.

West Melbourne Cop was caught removing drugs from evidence for personal use.
We obtained this video from the City of West Melbourne. This video show Retired Police Commander Charles Schrum stealing prescription drugs for personal use from the West Melbourne Police Department's evidence room. He was allowed to take medical leave until his retirement. According to documents received from the City of West Melbourne Schrum receives a monthly pension of $3,245.48.
